2025 Barongsai National Championship Successfully Held in Bali

The Central Board of the Indonesian Lion Dance Federation (PB FOBI) successfully hosted the 2025 Barongsai National Championship (Kejurnas Barongsai 2025), a prestigious event that brought together the strongest teams from various provinces in Indonesia.

This year’s championship was attended by 18 provinces, with a total of 600 athletes and officials. The annual event serves as an important platform to showcase the development, performance quality, and technical mastery of lion dance athletes across the country.

Event Schedule and Venue

The 2025 National Championship was held over three consecutive days:

Date: Saturday – Monday, 22–24 November 2025
Time: 09.00 – 21.00 WIB
Venue: Main Ballroom, Prime Plaza Hotel, Bali

The championship featured 12 official competition events, consisting of dragon dance, barongsai, and pekingsai categories:
